The Social Supper – Christmas Edition

A festive evening of cooking, wine and dining together.

Begin with homemade canapés and a glass of Prosecco before joining Chef Keith Boyle for a hands-on cookery class. Sharing a station with your partner, you’ll prepare a restaurant-quality three-course dinner with expert guidance along the way.

Then take your seats in our restaurant setting and enjoy your creations with three matching wines selected by sommelier Carmel Boyle.

Your menu

• Wild mushroom and Parmesan risotto with crispy pancetta
• Fillet of beef, fondant potato, peppercorn sauce, glazed carrots and Tenderstem broccoli
• Warm chocolate fondant with a molten centre

€125 per person includes the cooking class, all ingredients, arrival canapés and Prosecco, three-course dinner, three wine pairings (100ml each) and a Oui Chef gift.

Bring a partner, friend, family member or colleague. Places are limited to 12 pairs, with two guests sharing each cooking station.
